Effects of Leadership Development Program on Self-Efficacy in School Health Promotion, Thailand

Objective: To examine the effects of a health leadership development program on self-efficacy in screening and life safety school, among education major college students.
 Methods: In this research, 22 students from 2nd year Srinakharinwirot university, Thailand volunteered to join program. Students worked as team create promotion (1 per team) for nearby community. Self-efficacy was measured using self-administered questionnaire before after Data were analyzed descriptive statistics such mean standard deviation, well Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed-rank test .
 Results: After participation, increased significantly baseline (P < 0.05).
 Conclusion: Health helps improves knowledge self-efficacy. The Education department should encourage learn practice direct experience become quality leaders.
